Meet Woody

Woody's looking for his Bullseye! This big boy is VERY handsome and full of energy. He's a 75-lb, German Shepherd - Belgian Malinois mix who's bright and eager to please. He's bouncy on-leash and loves to give kisses mid-walk so some leash training will obviously be needed...but apart from that, this boy has all the potential in the world. He is a bit timid at first, but is bright and eager to please and would love a caring person to call his own! He's only around 1 year old and a big fan of belly rubs. Come say hello and take him home! You can meet Woody or any of our other shelter dogs on Fridays or Saturdays from 11AM-3PM for walk-ins. Adoption Process
Adopters fill out a 2-page questionnaire, interview with a staff person, and pay the adoption fee. We are in the process of transitioning to "open adoptions" with few formalized requirements. The full adoption fees are approximately $160 for dogs and $110 for cats, but we have regular 'specials'.
