Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Phoebe!!! Phoebe (and her brother Archie) recently found themselves as strays at a rural shelter following Fourth of July. Sadly their “family” never came for them, we’ll never understand why. Phoebe is a happy go lucky 8 month 50 pound lab mix that loves everyone, especially people. Phoebe appears to know some commands, is good on the leash and in the car. Like all young active dogs, Phoebe will need a family committed to continuing her training, daily exercise, mental stimulation and lots of adventures throughout her life. Could that family be yours?
