Just like his Land Before Time namesake, Petrie may have had a rough start, arriving a little down on his luck after clearly being on the losing end of a scuffle. But don’t worry—his light shines as bright as ever!Petrie is a delightful, playful 1–2-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier with a heart as big as the Great Valley. He’s got the spirit of a flyer, even if his paws stay on the ground! While he can be a little timid around other dogs at first, he warms up once he feels safe. This sturdy little adventurer would thrive with equally sturdy humans—folks who can help him build confidence and explore the world with him.Petrie’s dream is to spread his wings (metaphorically, of course) and find a loving forever family where he can enjoy life to the fullest. Adoption Process
Visit, complete an adoption profile, meet with the animal, Landlord approval (if a rental), and contract. Adoption of dog or cat is $80. Some dogs have an additional $60 training deposit.
