Meet Jack
You don’t know JACK! But we’re certain that when you do, you’ll 1,000% want to take him home to spend FUREVER with you! Our gregarious guy is incredibly grateful for all the greatness of the great indoors after coming to Boston Buddies from the San Bernardino Shelter after being hit by a car. Sadly, he came in with an old pelvic fracture and suffered some fractured ribs, lung contusions, and serious road rash. He also doesn’t put much weight on his front right leg much (we’re thinking it’s from an old injury), it’s more so used for balance, but it certainly doesn’t slow him down! His foster mom puts on his special shoe (a little paw bootie) and away he runs giving our charismatic guy some extra character! Speaking of running, Jack can run with the best of ‘em and would be thrilled to run the day away playing with you. Don’t worry, if you prefer a slower pace, Jack’s still your man. He lives for a nice long walk and currently walks a few times a day with his foster mom with one of them being about 45 minutes to help burn that extra Boston boy energy. Our little dream boat is as handsome as can be, charming as they come, and sweeter than any holiday delight. His foster mom says she’s never had a better buddy to work from home with—he keeps his opinions to himself, agrees with everything you have to say, and quietly snoozes the work day away! She swears Jack is the snuggliest snuggler and the most loyal friendly companion. Jack hasn’t met a human or dog he doesn’t like (although he gets extra excited when meeting furry friends) and is happiest doing any and everything as long has he is with you! At 9 years young, Jack is pretty much as perfect as they come; he is totally healthy, knows his basic commands (and is eager to learn with gentle guidance), does great without a crate when left alone (he does not do well in a crate), is potty trained, vaccinated, neutered, heart worm and fecal tested (negative). So what do you think about all that?! It definitely doesn’t get better than JACK! Fill out an adoption application on our website Bostonbuddies.org Adoption Fee $350
