Animal Rescuers Without Borders

We are a group of volunteers who have been in the rescue field since 2005 and volunteered as staff volunteers with other non-profit animal rescue groups. Now, we have our own group. We love and care about the present and future of the lives of the many homeless dogs and cats and strive to improve their lives for them to know stability, love and safety. We focus most of our resources to help our sister animal rescue group in the City of Tijuana, Mexico as we are achiving to work with the Mexican Goverment to implement educational programs of pet care and sterilization in schools and large working fabrics to be able to have a large mexican population know there is help out there and the importance of sterilizing and treating animals humanely. We also help other rescue groups from San Diego and LA as well as rescue animals that are being relinquished by owners or other unfortunate events.

Meet Malone

Meet Malone! Malone is a HANDSOME sweet young pup. As of 7/14 he is 33 pounds and 6 months. He likely will grow to be in the 45-60 pound range when full grown making him a medium to potentially large breed. Malone is amazing with humans and other pets. He is great with children and dogs, has been around some cats and is safe around them but has not lived in a home with cats. His foster family have 2 adult large bree dogs and currently fostering a couple of ARWOB rescue pups as well. He lives in a home with little boys (in the 4-8yr range) and is great with them. He also enjoys the foster family pool and is known to try to jump in the pool so we can say he is definitely a water dog who would enjoy water playtime. Malone is fully vaccinated and of course neutered and microchipped. This healthy boy is READY to go home.  Looking for a forever family who is looking for and is READY for puppy shenanigans and DOG TRAINING as a basic and important part of dog ownership. He is crate trained and although we don't like to say someone is house trained because it's the adopter's job as part of new puppy ownership to make sure training and manners are instilled, at his current foster home he doesn't have many accidents as he has access to the outside yard. Malone is brother to magnet and mallie. Magnet was adopted early july and mallie is still available for adoption in the same foster home as malone. He is also fostered with his good friend Mocha an adorable young shepherd mix. We typically schedule meet and greets in the 92117 but their foster family lives in Alpine so we can schedule meets anywhere between Alpine and Mission Bay.  We require adoption applications submitted online for review and adoptions will happen pretty quickly after received, adopters if approved to adopt should be ready to meet and potentially adopt soon, we don't place holds on rescues.  The three siblings were rescued from Ensenada Mexico and they are now here in San Diego looking for their forever home!  They are great with other dogs, cats, and kids! If you are interested this amazing pup, please complete an online application at www.arwob.org . Don’t wait!
