K9 Paw Print Rescue

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abandoned, abused, stray and neglected animals, primarily from high-kill shelters. We collaborate with other rescue groups and animal shelters to improve the lives of animals at risk for euthanisia. We work to provide solutions which seek to end the animal over-population and educate people to be responsible pet owners and "fur-ever guardians."

Meet Lyla

Meet Lyla - the Adora-BULL Blue Baby! This sweet little blue pibble is 7 months old, around 32 lbs, and has ALL the puppy charm you could ever want! Lyla is playful, wiggly, smart, and seriously in need of a doggy BFF. She thrives with other pups and would LOVE a playful medium to large dog to show her the ropes, be her partner-in-zoomies, and give her the companionship she craves.Lyla was found as a starving stray, but she's come such a long way - she's gaining weight, feeling better, and showing us more of her happy, affectionate, silly self every day. She's got so much love to give, especially to another dog! She's crate trained, knows "sit" and "shake," and is working hard on her leash skills and potty training. She still has some accidents if not let out regularly, but she's doing so well for a young pup. Lyla loves dogs, and does live with cats - she tries to play with them (and maybe annoys them a little), but she genuinely just wants to be friends. All K9PPR dogs are up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea prevention prior to adoption. Please consider giving this little sweetheart the forever home she deserves - ideally one with a furry sibling! Apply to adopt at www.K9ppr.org and share to help Lyla find her family! #bayareadogrescue #k9ppr #adoptabledogs
