She would be great for a person that is experienced with the breed and just wants a companion. She is low maintenance and sleeps a lot, likes walks and car rides. She is very gentle and intelligent. She is house trained, barks no more than twice when someone is at the door. Ella is experienced with bird hunting and would enjoy the occasional opportunity, but at the same time she has always loved all types of domesticated animals and people, and is super gentle and calm. She is a perfect dog for a family that might hunt a little too. Ella would prefer a quiet home vs lots of commotion — so older kids best. She would love a canine companion. She is house-trained, crate trained, travels great in car (or side by side!).
