TONY

United Hope for Animals

We support the Baldwin Park Shelter (and have trained volunteers at other LA county shelters) animals through 2x monthly photoshoots with professional photographers. We network the animals we photograph, videotape and assess through online media and local contacts. We also support a free spay/neuter clinic in Tijuana.

Meet TONY

United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.  This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed below. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue. Pet Information #A5550171 Tony is a hidden gem 10 month old tricolor Australian Cattle Dog mix puppy who was found as a stray and brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on April 28. Weighing 44 lbs, Tony is a young dog who is overwhelmed in the noisy shelter environment and has no idea how he ended up here, but who will relax and shine once he feels safe in a home. He walks ok on leash and shows signs of housebreaking, but Tony doesn’t seem to have had any training so we recommend a group class to help build his confidence and give him a chance to socialize appropriately. The shelter is requiring any dogs in the home be calm, and we recommend older kids who will understand he’s a little shy and give him a little time to warm up to new people. Tony’s clear blue eyes reveal a sweet soul that longs to be loved and given positive reinforcement to grow into the loved indoor companion he deserves to be.      TONY’S VIDEO: https://youtu.be/VuMe9gpPMMA For more information on this pet, contact volunteer UHA Adoption Coordinator Lor at  [email protected]
