Banks came from a high kill shelter and fortunately a volunteer stepped in just in the nick of time to save him and his two siblings. He is a sweet, high energy pup who looks like he may have chow in him as well but it is anyone's guess. He and his siblings are currently in foster in Portola and can go into a foster to adopt sitution after they have completed their vaccines so mid-May possibly. adoption application, adoption contract, fees average $50-$100. landlord approval, home checks, in door cats only.
