Meet Tobias
The Andalite Bandits Pembroke, MA "We are Jake, Marco, Cassie, Rachel, Tobias, and Ax. Those are our first names, obviously. We can't tell you our last names. We don't have them yet." The Andalite Bandits are ready to find their homes! They were born to Momma Kat on 1/21/25, and found their way to their foster home at two weeks old. The pups have all been doing well with exposure to new objects, textures, environments, and people: all show an eagerness to explore and play. They have been your typical mouthy and active herdypups, and will require homes that will work their bodies and minds to help them lead happy and fulfilled lives. Even the lowest-key of them will not be content as a couch potato! Momma has been a super sweet and friendly girl, and is doing an awesome job with them. She is a slender ~40lbs with a soft personality, and has been great with people and dogs so she sets a good example for her babies. She appears to be mainly ACD but is likely mixed with something else. Dad is an unknown, but the pups appear mostly ACD; a pending embark dna test on one puppy will reveal more information soon! We've been establishing some foundational skills here, including crate exposure and a verbal marker system for training, but as puppies they will need training for all the basics. They are getting positive exposure to adult dogs, and should be fine with cats if integrated properly. Children 5+ should be okay for most of the litter, provided the home is dog-savvy with herder experience. The Bandits are microchipped, up to date on deworming, and have age-appropriate vaccinations. They are being adopted out on spay/neuter contracts to allow their puppy bodies and minds more time to develop. They'll be ready for their individual homes beginning 3/26/25, and must meet their potential families in person to help ensure a great match.
