Meet Reba

Reba is a sweet and gentle soul who has faced her share of challenges. Left on a dirt road with her puppies, she showed incredible strength despite the heartbreak of losing them. Now she is ready to find a loving forever home that can give her all the love she so deserves. Reba is a 7-year-old short haired brown Hound mix. Reba is at her full-grown weight of 50 pounds, making her a medium size dog.This low energy lady delights in relaxing while still enjoying calm walks with her humans. Reba enjoys being around children and other dogs. In fact, she serves as a test dog for new arrivals during her time at the southern shelter, welcoming newcomers with a wag and a friendly sniff. Reba has not had the opportunity to meet any cats yet, so it is unknown how she will be with them.Reba is house and leash trained, her crate training is currently in process. Although Reba is house trained, it is important to remember that accidents can occur while adjusting to a new environment. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
