Meet Tick

Happy wagging puppy tails are all the rage with this sweet and totally adorable 5-month-old black mouth cur litter. Joyful and happy, any one member of this litter is a unique treasure. With full curiosity and ambition, these pups dream big. They are one step closer to finding their happily ever after and they are allowing the excitement of the journey lead them to their destination. Our boy Tick has grown up in rescue and since the tender age of 2 months old. He and his siblings were found in rough shape. With time, dedication and TLC, he flourished. That was step one of his journey. Looking back is not an option for Tick, and either is growing up and getting bigger. He is around 20 pounds, and it is estimated that he will be a medium size boy of under 60 pounds when fully grown. With lots of good times ahead of him, Tick does not waste any time with making friends. He does well with other dogs, kids and adults. When you are a friend to Tick, you are a friend for life. He has not been introduced to a cat since his time in rescue so he remains undecided if he will entertain a relationship of the feline persuasion. His unknowns are a small piece to the bigger picture. His fun play side to his rest and relaxation side is what make Tick a fun boy and a great canine to be around. He will liven up any day with playtime activities and the sky is the limit for him. Around every corner Tick is sure to be a bright spot in the heart of his family. He is working on his house, crate and leash walking skills and is eagerly waiting her triumph to show her family how a great canine companion can acclimate to a home environment. He knows that he will be proud of his accomplishments as well as his family. As with all puppies, Tick is full of curiosity and wonderment, and is ready to grow from adorable puppy to amazing dog with the right guidance and patience. He will need a home with someone who has the time, desire and energy to train and socialize him so that he can become the perfect lifelong companion. He has lots of ambition, lots of charm and, more importantly, lots of love. Tick is ready to break down the barriers, open up the flood gates and make his way into the loving arms of his forever family. The adoption fee for Tick is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.
