Meet Yang

Looking to add some wonder to your home and family? Then you just have to check out our sweet boy Yang, a Hound mix with a short white and black coat that features fabulous markings. He is 7 months old, weighs 40 pounds and is estimated to be a medium sized pooch (under 60 pounds) when fully grown. Yang, like with his littermate Ying, is a very impressive puppy. A confident, happy boy, he is very friendly and just loves attention. And being a puppy, he is curious, playful and learning every day. He is comfortable with children and other dogs. He has not yet had the opportunity to meet any cats, and his house, crate, and leash training are works in progress. Yang will thrive in a home that provides plenty of training, exercise, socialization and heaps of affection. Daily routines and patience will go a long way in helping him adjust to his new life and become the outstanding lifelong partner he is meant to be. Simply put, Yang has the makings of an All Star. Do not delay if you want him on your team. The adoption fee for Yang is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue, and transport fees. To get the ball rolling, head over to our Adoption Application and submit your application today. A Dog Star representative will contact you within 24 hours. To help speed up the process, contact your vet and give them permission to speak with us.If you do not get a response within 24 hours, check your spam folder.

Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
