Save One Soul Animal Rescue League

SOSARL is dedicated to helping at risk animals as we work towards a No Kill Nation. SOSARL facilitates the rescue and placement of homeless dogs with loving forever homes. We advocate for homeless and at risk animals while providing comfort, rehabilitation and veterinary care to the animals in our program. SOSARL endeavors to promote and support life-saving initiatives that enable responsible pet guardianship while treating each animal and adopter as an individual.

Meet Acorn Nut *LOCAL* MEET ME!

To apply to adopt this dog now, complete our adoption application             HERE To see our upcoming events where you can meet some of our dogs, please see             HERE Age: ~3.5 Months (as of 5/31/23) Weight: ~6  lbs (as of 5/31/23) Local: RI This dog has been spayed/neutered, is up to date on shots, on heartworm preventative and is microchipped. Acorn Nut is ready to go for adventures with you! Acorn is a friendly and sweet girl who is easygoing and respectful for a puppy! She is playful with other dogs and people and a little on the higher energy side. She is also even tempered and cuddly. Given her young age she is just starting her house, crate, and leash training, but with some patience, consistency, and treats she should pick these skills up in no time.  If you felt in love at first sight for Acorn, don’t wait to apply to adopt her today! An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see      HERE      for more information about this. To apply for this dog, fill out an adoption application on our website:    www.sosarl.org/aa/ *  *Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
