Meet Handsome

Handsome, is indeed handsome and so darn cute! Just look at his face and the symmetrical white markings. He is just a year old and weighs 36 pounds. A boxer mix, as you can probably tell.Handsome really likes kids and dogs and boosts a medium energy level. His acceptance of cats is unknown at this time.Boxer mixes are known for being playful, energetic, and affectionate. They can be “clownish” due to their goofy antics. Social dogs who love to be around their family. He also has been working on his house, crate, and leash routines. He is looking forward to mastering each of them. So, it would be best to start at the beginning with a refresher course. Daily short walks will be a good opportunity to work on leash skills as well as socialization skills. It will be a new world to him with all the new sights, smells, sounds, and people along his walk. He would also appreciate free time in a back yard or maybe time at a dog park to burn off his energy. Keeping his mind active with activities that provide physical and mental stimulation will prevent boredom. Handsome will want to be with a family that will give lots of affection and attention to him. In return, he will become a wonderful family companion.The adoption fee for Handsome is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
