We save the toughest dogs to place; those with serious medical conditions, paralyzed dogs, deaf and blind dogs, severely emaciated dogs, dogs with neurological deficits & disease, dogs with injuries and orthopedic issues … the animals that nobody else wants; the dogs that would otherwise be euthanized.

*Name: Chonk*Age: DOB 1/15/25*Current Weight: 16lbs & growing!*Rescued from: South Carolina, fostered in northern New Jersey!*Adoption fee: $550 (plus $150 spay/neuter deposit, see below for more information)Say hello to Chonk, a confident little charmer with big puppy energy and even more love to give!This brindle-and-white cutie is a 4 month old mixed breed (with some adorable low-rider vibes) who was rescued from South Carolina, has recently made the big trip up North, and is ready to find his forever family.Chonk is everything you could want in a pup — sweet, playful, full of personality, and generaly just a happy-go-lucky dude. He’s the kind of dog who makes friends wherever he goes, happily romping with dogs of all shapes and sizes, and he's even good with cats. Whether it’s tug-of-war, a game of chase, or just hanging out in the sun, Chonk is always ready for fun.He’s got that perfect blend of puppy curiosity and boldness, making him a joy to train and bond with. Chonk walks great on a leash for a young pup and is currently working on his housetraining.If you're looking for a pup who's eager to be your sidekick on life’s adventures — or just your snuggle buddy on the couch — Chonk might be your guy.Ready to give this sweet boy the loving home he deserves?
