Meet Axel the Great Dane

*Large dog breed experience requiredAxle is an incredibly sweet boy who has had it rough for a while. Fortunately, DBU came to the rescue, and he is in good hands now, where he is healing physically and mentally and gaining some much-needed weight. Axle gets along with other dogs and is your typical Velcro Dane-he just wants to be where his people are. He certainly loves cuddling up on his bed with his pillows. He's a little shy and nervous after what he has gone through, but he is very affectionate and is blossoming in his foster home. Axle has learned to love toys and is doing well with crate training-he sleeps in his crate through the night. He has an absolute blast playing and wrestling with his foster brother. Adoption Process
All applicants will have a vet check, home check, background check and a dog meet and greet (if applicable) to ensure a safe and happy home for all. Adoption fees: puppy to 1 year old $350 to $400. 1 to 3 year old $300. 4 years old and up $225.
