Meet Pistol (Courtesy Post)

This is Pistol a Golden Retriever/German Shorthair Pointer Mix. He will be 4 on April 9th. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. He weighs about 80 pounds and thinks he is a lap dog. He is housebroken and crate trained and gets along well with cats and most other dogs. He is a great watchdog. He has lots of energy and loves to play and run! He loves his squeaky chicken toy and loves to play fetch. When he in not playing he enjoys kicking back for a belly rub. Pistol was raised around kids but has decided he doesn't like them anymore and his warning growls frighten the kids. The owners want to find a home without children. 

Adoption Process
You will be required to fill out an application to adopt. You must provide a veterinarian reference or other references to complete the adoption process. If you are renting, you will also be required to provide us with information verifying that you are allowed to have pets. Adoption fees vary and include vaccines, deworming, topical flea control, heartworm testing, transport fees, food, boarding, medical care and spaying/neutering or a $75.00 Spay Neuter Refund Certificate.
