Meet Chico

You can apply for Chico at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab. Chico is an adorable male American Bulldog mix puppy born approximately February 12, 2023. We aren’t really sure what he is mixed with – but he has some cute freckles in his coat! Chico and his five siblings were found by a family in a box on the corner of their street. They reached out for help, and unfortunately the night before we got there (on Easter), one puppy had passed. When we picked them up, they were sick with parvo, covered in fleas, and just in bad shape. We took them straight to our vet for treatment. Chico is very sweet, playful, but he also loves to chill out and take naps. He loves greeting people and playing with other dogs. Because he is still a baby, he is working on her potty-training skills. If you’re interested in adopting, you must own your own home, with a fenced in backyard. He will do best in a home with older children/teenagers. Chico is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, fecal tested negative, and vaccinated (including rabies).
