Rooney is special dog looking for a special home that is committed to training and providing structure for her to be successful. She has become a staff favorite and has so much love to give, but she needs an experienced adopter. She will love her people with her whole heart, but may be intimidating to strangers. She has had a good time playing with other dogs during recess. Her favorite part about being on a sleepover is snuggling and trying to fit into laps that are a little too small for her.
