Meet Cheese Danish

Another perfect Sunday to talk about a brunch baby up for adoption! Cheese Danish is around 11 weeks old and is 12lbs of confidence and sass. Dani has been doing her growing up around the big dogs, and she sure considers herself one tough pastry item. Dani has even gone to dog daycare where she showed no fear and made her way into big dog play groups. Danish loves to talk, and she has sassy, grumbly, gremlin noises she pairs with a crinkley little snout, and by golly she is adorable. Besides all the spunk she has to offer, Danish has been a good little foster puppo. She picks up on things quickly, and really just wants to be right with her fam. When she is pooped from a day of tough girl antics she will find a lap or a puppy pile to be a part of for a quick recharge before it’s back to boss girl business. Danish is still learning all the ins and outs of puppy training of course, but she and her sister Blueberry Muffin (seen in this post as well) are healthy, happy and ready to find their forever homes. Our adoption process is unique in that we work with you every step of the way to ensure that we’re placing the right dog with the right family. First, we like to have a phone chat to get a feel for the kind of dog that you’re looking for. Next, we have you fill out a foster application. After that, we come to your house with a carload of dogs for you to choose from and have you foster the dog of your choosing for a week to make sure that it’s a good fit. The last step is to finalize the adoption. And then congrats, you’re a new member of the Swamp Haven family and your happy tail has just begun! Our adoption fee is $300.
