Meet Chippy
You can apply for Chippy at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab. Chippy is an adorable male Pit Bull Mix puppy born approximately February 12, 2023. We aren’t really sure what he is mixed with – and he has an adorable multicolored nose! Chippy and his five siblings were found by a family in a box on the corner of their street. They reached out for help, and unfortunately the night before we got there (on Easter), one puppy had passed. When we picked them up, they were sick with parvo, covered in fleas, and just in bad shape. We took them straight to our vet for treatment. Chippy spent some extra days at the vet as he got really sick. The whole litter is very sweet, playful and active. Because he is still a baby, he is working on her potty-training skills. If you’re interested in adopting, you must own your own home, with a fenced in backyard. He will do best in a home with older children/teenagers. Chippy will be neutered and microchipped on May 2nd and will be available to take home after his surgery. He is already dewormed, fecal tested, and vaccinated. He is on monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventative. We are accepting applications and picking out the best fit for Chippy. Chippy is being fostered in Pompano Beach, FL.
