Howie is a handsome short haired chihuahua. We do wonder if there might be a little Schipperke in him, though. He is a small dog bursting with a huge personality. He is a cuddler, kisser, and is full of puppy energy. He loves to run and fetch, though he doesn't return the toys to you just yet. He is very smart and understands some basic commands.
