Meet Winter

This gorgeous girl is WINTER. ❄️ She’s just over 2 yo (DOB 9/20/21) She is up to date on vaccines/flea/heartworm prevention and has her own bed, blankets, and crate. She is fully potty trained, crate trained for when you're not home, and walks well with her gentle leader leash. Winnie is food & treat motivated, knows basic commands, enjoys smooching your face a la a cheese grater at an Italian restaurant “say when”… She LOVES people including kids(10 and up) and doesn't care one iota for your personal space- she is a 45lb lap dog! Winnie loves to run and play in a fenced yard and then snuggle with you afterwards so she’s looking for an adventure buddy who likes a sweaty snuggle sesh immediately following. Winnie has codependent alpha tendencies-and therefore needs to be an ONLY dog, she has a high prey drive so no cats, she’s a cattle dog so fenced yard is a must, and TBH, she does NOT love the yearly vets visits (does better with a female doctor) so she needs a little help from happy pills to make that journey. Adoption Process
Adoption fees vary. Application required, reference check, vet reference check, home visit and once approved meet and greet. Adoption contract at the time of adoption once approved. Our rescues are always returnable to our rescue and is made part of the contract.
