Meet June
June is a sweet and gentle 4-year-old girl, weighing in at a petite 35 pounds. She's looking for a loving home where she can cuddle up and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. While she's friendly with people, June prefers to socialize with calm and easygoing canine companions. She's always up for a car ride, so you can take her on adventures and explore new places together. If you're looking for a loyal and loving friend, June could be the perfect match for you. *************************************************************************** This pet comes with an implanted 24 PetWatch microchip and free registration into the 24PetWatch pet recovery service. *************************************************************************** This dog is available for adoption at the Humane Society of McCormick County is SC for an adoption fee. All of our dogs are indoor dogs with outdoor privileges. To adopt, contact 864-391-2349 or [email protected]. We are an all-volunteer 501c3 organization. To learn more, visit www.hsmcsc.org.
Adoption Process
Our adoption process starts with an interview. We want to know what type of cat or dog they are looking for, their lifestyle, and their expectations. Then we set up a meet and greet either at the shelter, a pet store, or at their home. Then they fill out an adoption contract. We offer and encourage potential adopters to take the dog or cat home on foster-to-adopt for a few weeks before finalizing the adoption. Our adoption fee is $65 for cats and $125 for dogs which included spay or neuter and vaccinations and for dogs, it includes a microchip. Cats can be microchipped upon request.
