Meet Lonnie
***Lonnie and her siblings are currently located and available for adoption at our rescue in Georgia. They are also scheduled to attend our upcoming adoption event at the Tractor Supply in Ringoes, NJ over the March 29-30 weekend. An application for Lonnie's adoption can be submitted at socorescue.com (no need to Register or Login). Questions about Lonnie and/or our adoption policy should be sent to [email protected]; please do not call the rescue's number.*** Lonnie and her eight siblings came in as owner surrenders. The pups, only 7-8 weeks old at the time, had not received any of their required vaccinations or de-wormings and were left to roam freely around the property which was littered with trash, broken down vehicles and other unsanitary conditions. Upon their arrival to SoCo Rescue, we immediately began administering their vet care. Lonnie is a very playful, friendly and well socialized pup. We found out during her photo shoot that she loves the water as Lonnie and all of her siblings made a dash towards our pond and jumped in it! We're expecting her to grow to be a large dog. Lonnie is great candidate as a family companion Lonnie has now received all of her first year "puppy" vaccinations, de-wormings and other preventative care. She's also been started on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. Lonnie's adopter must agree to having her spay once she reaches 6 months of age and provide verification of such to our rescue. v will need all of her basic training.
Adoption Process
we have an adoption questionnaire as well as a contract. The only fees we charge are those we are charged for the animal (vet fees)
