Meet Frodo

Welcome to Homeward Bound Frodo! A sweet rough-coat, Parsons, JRT. Frodo weighs 18 pounds and is fully vetted. After nine years together, his owner had fallen on bad times and made the difficult decision to allow Frodo to find a better life. Frodo was an owner surrender to Animal Control. Then transferred to Homeward Bound where Frodo’s new family will be found. Frodo is not use to being around other dogs and is very happy with his human. Being in a wonderful foster home with other dogs, Frodo is learning how to get along with other dogs. He is thrilled when he sees his leash because he knows a walk is coming next. Adoption fee $250.00.~~If you are interested in this animal, you can complete the questionnaire found on the available pets page of our website http://hbpr.org.
