Blondie came to Homeward Bound as an owner surrender with her friend Dash. She is a 4-year-old, 11-pound, female Chihuahua mix (possibly Shih tzu) she is a pretty girl very sweet and shy. She loves belly rubs and just being cuddled. Blondie needs help with her leash and potty training and has a cherry eye that our vet will check out. Blondie needs complete vetting but will be ready to go home soon! Must be 21 to adopt. $180 adoptions fee for dogs and $125 for cats, must complete an application and an interview
