A WONDERFUL FRIEND:  Approx. 6 years old / Approx. 27 lbs.  Hi there, I’m Vincent! I joined the Mostly Mutts family from animal control and I’m having a good time while I wait for my new family to find me!  I hear that I’m ready to do that now, so I look forward to living a good life with them!  • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I met some other dogs at Mostly Mutts, and it took a little time to play with them as I think this is brand new to me, so I think more mellow dogs could be a fit for me. Let’s meet. / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: The volunteers describe me as friendly, fun, focused, calm, sweet and playful!  They also say that I was regal and reserved for my bath time and that they love me! Toys are the best and I’ll trade them for a treat when I become a bit too interested in them. / Energy level: 5-7. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already mastered the ‘sit’, ‘stay’ and ‘come’ commands and I look forward to learning even more. / I’m doing well in my crate at Mostly Mutts. / I’ve only had a few accidents on the shelter schedule, so once I settle into my new home, I think I’ll do well on a good schedule.  • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I like being held, sitting on the bench with the MM volunteers, sitting in the grass, and playing with toys. In fact, I love toys so much that I can be a bit demanding and barky for toys and I can regrip them, so we should not play tug-o-war.  I also love having my ears scratched. / I can’t think of any dislikes but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. I take an over-the-counter COSEQUIN tablet daily.  I’m a great dog looking for a great family!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.

Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption's Adoption Process Our facility is currently open to the public Monday-Saturday, 11-3. We welcome you to come meet our adoptable Mutts & Kitties! Please keep in mind the following: Many of our adoptable Mutts & Kitties are in foster homes, so please call 770-272-6888 to find out if the pet you are interested in is at our facility. With an approved application we can set up meet & greets and adoptions with a pet in foster care. We are not yet up to full ‘staffing’ following the pandemic, so there may be times when we cannot do meet & greets or process an application on the spot. The best first step is to submit an application via www.mostlymutts.org. Our adoption counselors are happy to help make a great match for you and your family! Adoption Info: Adoptions are being scheduled for approved applicants, by appointment only. Please submit an application through our website at www.mostlymutts.org if you are interested in one of our adoptable pets. We are receiving a large volume of applications and processing may take a little bit longer than normal. We are grateful for your interest, and an adoption counselor will be in touch as quickly as possible. Please give us 48 hours to respond before sending a follow-up email. Due to the overwhelming demand, many are matched with approved applicants prior to being posted online. Our adoption counselors will be happy to help make a great match for you and your family. Our Adoption process is very thorough...MM prides itself in making every effort to place each animal in the right home. Dogs: Our adoption fee is $299. Each dog that Mostly Mutts adopts out to a Furever home has the following basic vetting as well as an engraved name tag, Martingale collar and leash: Spay or Neuter Surgery Vaccinations up to date according to age (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordatella) De-Worming Microchip Heartworm Testing (1 yr & older) we pay for treatment for any HW+ animal after adoption at our own vet Cats: Our adoption fee is $175 for cats.
