Meet Acorn
We here at FFOS need to point out that we are not 100% sure of any breed we list for these puppies. We are basing breed by looks and size. We could be right or we could be wrong. This is the case with so many of our rescued pets, especially when they are picked up as strays or we don't know anything about the parentage. Just because we listed him as Border Collie mixe, does guarantee not that is what mix of breed he are. We just want any interested parties to understand this. Acorn is a sweet tiny little boy that weighed in at 2.9 pounds at approximately 6.5 weeks old. He is very sweet and wants to cuddle with his people. He is very playful with his litter mates. Adoption fee is $325 non-refundable, and with all unaltered pups due to age restrictions, there will be a $75 reimbursement fee that will be sent to the vet of your choice once an appointment is made. There is a mandatory spay/neuter clause in the adoption agreement. Acorn will be ready to go to his forever home Dec 18, 2024 after he has had his third round of DA2PPv vaccine.
Adoption Process
Donation requests vary depending on the vetting costs of the pup. Never more than $325.00 . We do a comprehensive application, a vet reference check and a home visit for every dog, and only work with other groups that feel that same sense of responsibility.
