Backtrack came to PCAPS as a stray with an injury to his back. While we aren't sure of the cause, we know it wont' stop him. It's perfectly healed. He's doing well with the calmer dogs he's met. He LOVES all the volunteers and staff members. He will try anything to steal your snack but who doesn't love to treat themselves, right?!
