Meet Leia
In a galaxy far, far away, there was a Jedi and a Princess... and they just made their way to Mag Mutts! Han and Leia are young adults that were part of an Amish puppy mill operation that was shut down and numerous dogs were left looking for loving homes! Leia is quite timid and very cautious of humans. She will be a great dog with someone willing to provide patience and let her open up and blossom at her own pace. She is a flight risk at this time and has no experience walking on a leash, so a fenced yard is required. The siblings, Han and Leia weigh between 9-11lbs - with the "Princess" being the smaller of the two. Due to Leia's lack of exposure to all things outside of a cage, she will require an adult only, quiet home. We recommend obedience training for all pups and dogs! **Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived into rescue without either parent. **Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance. Please ensure your current pets are up to date with vetting, have landlord/HOA approval and are prepared to take your new family member home at the adoption appointment. Thank you for your interest! If you are interested in adoption, please complete the "Application to Adopt" which can be accessed from this link: ( www.magnificentmutts.org ) No phone calls please, emails only. Adoption donations range between $360-$400 (cash only), unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change, please contact for specific adoption donation.
