Meet Phil
Phil Chihuahua Mix, 10 month old, Neutered male Available for foster to adopt pending neuter Hey there! My name is Phil, and I'm here to tell you that I've got the BEST of both worlds - I'm an energetic goofball who also knows how to rock a good cuddle session! At 10 months old and 10 pounds, I'm basically a pocket-sized party waiting to happen!Let me be honest - I ended up at Animal Control because my previous human developed allergies (total bummer, right?). But talk about a silver lining! The amazing folks at C.A.R.E. spotted me and fell head over heels for my charming personality. I mean, who wouldn't? Have you seen me prance? My foster mom says I look like I'm putting on a tiny ballet performance everywhere I go! Speaking of performances, you should see me when I get the zoomies! I'm like a furry little tornado of joy, especially when toys are involved. But don't let my playful spirit fool you - I've also mastered the art of relaxation. When it's time to chill, I'm your guy. My foster mom can vouch for my excellent timing when it comes to switching from play mode to snuggle mode. I'm looking for an active household where my energy and enthusiasm will be appreciated. Trust me, I've got enough love and playfulness to keep everyone entertained! Plus, who wouldn't want a dog who makes every walk look like a runway show with my signature prancing style? Want to meet your new best friend who can keep up with your active lifestyle AND be your cuddle buddy? That's me! Come visit me at C.A.R.E. and let's see if we're meant to be family! Love and licks,Phil If you are interested in more information or would like to meet this dog, please fill out our online adoption survey: carenorthshore.org/dog-adoption-survey
Adoption Process
Our adoption process has evolved from many years of experience. The goal of our adoption counselors is to make a good match between animal and family. We get to know each cat or dog's unique personality and different needs. If a specific dog, for example, has large amounts of energy and needs lots of space to run, it is unlikely that he would meet the needs of a person who works long hours and would be unable to exercise the dog. It would be a mismatch that would be bad for dog and human alike. Our adoption counselors look forward to working with you to help you find the right pet for your home.
