Meet Daisy

Hi, my name is Daisy! We are no longer accepting applications for this dog. I am available for foster to adopt at https://carenorthshore.org/dogfoster  Age 7 months  Size/Weight medium/39 lbs. (still growing)  I’m a loving golden lab mix who loves to be outside and play! I can’t wait to find a home where I’ll be taken on fun trips and long walks!  Favorite activity: Playing inside or outside, with toys or my people   What I already know how to do:   Be a lapdog (no, I do not know my size!)  Be the sweetest girl  Get along with other dogs  My dream home:   Lots of stuffed toys! I love to carry them around  Individuals or families who have the time and energy to train me and help me become the best dog ever  A window for me to watch the world. I am very curious!  Someone to take me on adventures  A fenced yard  Another dog to boost my confidence What I need help with:   Calming down before walks--I get very excited   Better self-control--Like most 7-month-old puppies, I can be a bit jumpy and mouthy  Completing my housebreaking...I'm almost there but need help to get to 100%  I will be spayed and microchipped soon and have had a full veterinary checkup and vaccines. My adoption fee is $325. For more information or if you would like to meet me, please fill out a foster survey at https://carenorthshore.org/dogfoster

Adoption Process
Our adoption process has evolved from many years of experience. The goal of our adoption counselors is to make a good match between animal and family. We get to know each cat or dog's unique personality and different needs. If a specific dog, for example, has large amounts of energy and needs lots of space to run, it is unlikely that he would meet the needs of a person who works long hours and would be unable to exercise the dog. It would be a mismatch that would be bad for dog and human alike. Our adoption counselors look forward to working with you to help you find the right pet for your home.
