Meet Fred! The cutest little eight-year-old, 11 lb, Chihuahua mix.He's an easygoing guy who wants to follow you around or snuggle on the sofa. He's gentle with people, kids, and dogs. At eight years young, he's still playful and enjoys playing with his foster sister. (See video.)He’s a good boy. Listens when he's called and goes potty outside. Fred was rescued from a hoarding case with 120 other dogs in Louisiana.
