It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.

Meet Randy Travis

Randy Travis is ready to serenade you with some of that hound dog sound. He's a one year old hound/shepherd mix with a fantastic set of ears. The partner shelter where he previously lived said he's "big but sweet" and enjoys playgroups with other dogs but may be "too much for cats." Randy can be fostered or adopted by applying at ITVrescue.org.All of our dogs are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated if necessary.

Adoption Process
Adoption application and contract, adoption fee from $200 to $300
