This sweet German Shepherd is bursting with puppy energy and looking for a loving home where he can thrive. German Shepherds are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and versatility. They excel in obedience training and are often used as service dogs, police dogs, and in search-and-rescue missions. Bode was surrendered to the shelter because he had a bit too much energy for the older dog in his previous home. While he can be reactive while walking through the kennel and at the fence initially, heâs dog-friendly and has been introduced to Santiago, Chevy, and Strudel. Bode loves to play rough, so he needs a buddy who can match his playful spirit. Heâs gentle with treats and allowed staff to pick him up without any fuss.
