Cider can be hot or cold but sweet & enjoyable either way! Same thing with this Retriever mix girlie up for adoption. Sister to Cocoa, Cider is 23 lbs and 5 months old as of Halloween. Cider is the total package, sweet, snuggly, playful and loves everyone she meets. With that perfect balance, Cider would make the best family dog. She is definitely a Velcro dog and loves to be with her people. Since Cider is a puppy, she is working hard on housetraining, but making progress. She has done well keeping a clean crate, but would be much happier to sleep next to you in bed. She has not yet lived with a cat, but since she is so adaptable and sweet, that should not be a problem in her new home with the right introduction. Cider's foster mom shared: she is a friendly, happy puppy full of playfulness, good with dogs and kids alike. She can't get enough of playing with her canine pals in the house or yard, go for walks, play with toys, chew on bones, and cuddle her people, all the fall things! She would make a great pet for a first-timer owning a puppy, but would also do well in any home, hot or cold! Her minimum adoption fee is $325 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
