Suki is a 1-year-old, 60-pound bundle of love looking for her forever family! This friendly, outgoing, and confident girl has never met a stranger she doesn't love—she adores every person she meets, including the baby and young kids in her foster home. Her foster mom describes her as incredibly patient and gentle with little ones, making her a great fit for a family with children. Suki is fantastic with her canine foster siblings and was easily introduced to the pack. She’s playful and happy but also knows how to settle down for long naps after bursts of energy. She sleeps quietly through the night and keeps her kennel clean, though she'd much rather be out and about—thankfully, she’s trustworthy when left loose in the house! Smart and eager to please, Suki already knows sit, lay down, shake, and even stand. She’s food-motivated and picks up on training quickly. While she’s had a few transitional accidents, her foster mom believes she’ll have housetraining down in no time. Suki loves her plushies and bones, gives the sweetest kisses, and is just an all-around wonderful companion. If you’re looking for a loving, adaptable, and loyal pup to complete your family, Suki might be the perfect match! Her minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
