Teddy Ruxpin is a showstopper in the making! At almost 3 months old and weighing about 15 pounds, his oversized paws and extra smooshy skin hint at the big, lovable boy he’s destined to become. Teddy has the kind of charm that melts hearts instantly—he’s cuddly, affectionate, and endlessly sweet. He’s got a curious streak, especially when it comes to his canine foster sisters, and he’s eagerly hoping they’ll indulge him in some playtime. Though he hasn’t met kids yet, his gentle nature suggests he’d be a great match for a family willing to guide him through his puppy phase. Teddy is all things puppy—full of love, curiosity, and a howl to let you know when he’s not thrilled about crate time, so a home without shared walls is a must. Teddy Ruxpin has a special rescue story. His four siblings were already spoken for on the rescue ride, but a miscount almost left him behind. With no rescue lined up and no space for him to continue with his siblings, things looked grim—until a kind-hearted volunteer stepped in and made sure Teddy Ruxpin got his second chance. Now he’s ready to find his happily ever after with a family who will love him as much as he deserves! With patience, love, and a little guidance, Teddy Ruxpin will grow into the kind of dog who makes every day feel like an adventure. His minimum adoption fee is $350 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
