Meet Murray

Murray is a sweet and playful Lab mix with an estimated date of birth of October 2024. Weighing about 32 pounds, this lovable puppy has come a long way in just a few weeks and is now ready for a forever home! Murray is a big-hearted pup full of energy and affection. He’s been doing great with both house and crate training and now can comfortably stay in his crate for a full workday. He loves his crate and is motivated by treats, which he enjoys earning while inside. He’s also making progress with his potty training, he's even learning how to use a bell to signal when he needs to go outside. Murray sleeps either in the bed with his foster mom or on a cozy bed on the floor, and he’s doing well with his nighttime routine. Though he’s still a puppy and needs reminders for basic manners, Murray is eager to learn and enjoys earning praise. He gets along wonderfully with his foster siblings and is equally content playing by himself. His favorite pastime is picking out toys from the toy box and playing in the yard. He’s also building confidence on the leash and enjoys exploring the great outdoors with his human. Murray thrives on both human and dog companionship. He’s friendly, affectionate, and loves snuggling with his furry friends and people alike. While he hasn’t been exposed to children, he has shown himself to be playful and friendly with everyone he meets. His deep bark might startle when he hears new sounds, so a home without shared walls would be ideal. Murray would do well in a home with another dog to help show him the ropes and keep him company. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives. Interview, match pet to person/family, check references, especially vet info. will always take animal back if doesn't work out.
