Meet North

Hi, my name is North. I'm looking for my furever home. I'm about 5 1/2 years old male Border Collie.  I was heartworm positive when I came into the rescue. I have completed my treatment, but I'm still on R & R a little longer. I'm neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations and preventatives. I'm looking for a home with a tall fenced in yard because when I am not on R & R, I can clear an obstacle four feet high. I would love to have a canine sibling to run and play with. I like car rides, even to the vet's office. I love visiting all the nice folks at the vet's office. I'm a good patient, and I'm a favorite with the veterinary staff. Please contact my foster mom at [email protected] for more information about me.

Adoption Process
Adoption process includes completing an application, having personal references checked, vet checks and home visit by one of our volunteers. Your application and backup information is then presented to the Board/Committee for review. Once your application has been approved, you may then schedule a meeting with the dog(s) in which you are interested. The foster home has the final approval on the adoption of his or her dog.
