C.A.R.E. is a non-profit, all volunteer and foster-based animal rescue located in Columbus, Indiana working to promote animal welfare through community awareness, education and responsible pet adoptions. We promote spaying and neutering as the way to relieve the number of animals entering our local shelters.. We work with local shelters to help with overpopulation and to increase the number of adoptions.

Meet ZZ!! This happy young Toy Mini Aussie is on his way to gaining weight and loving life. He's been good with dogs and cats and loves everyone meets after getting to know them, he still Carries the trait of being a little hesitant when meeting new people, but he does warm up!
