Meet Sausage! Sausage is an adorable female Retriever Hound mix, born in October 2024. She is a sweet, cuddly pup who loves snuggling with both humans and other dogs.Her foster family shares that she is great with big dogs, shows playful curiosity with cats, and enjoys the energy of young children. She has been around chickens, ducks, and goats and simply watches them calmly. House Manners: Doing well with potty training – very few accidents! Sleeps in a kennel at night & can hold it for up to 7 hours Loves morning cuddles in bed after potty breaks Listens to "NO" and responds to her name Training & Playtime: Treat motivated – has already learned to sit and wait to eat Not food-aggressive & only eats what she’s given Loves chew toys & hasn’t chewed on anything she shouldn’t Enjoys bath time and will likely love playing in the water!Sausage is a smart, affectionate, and well-mannered pup who would thrive in a loving home with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and treats.
