Hi, I am Priscilla. Yes I look like cotton candy, but I am definitely sweeter. I love everyone and everything! I'm a wiggly happy 8yr old girl with a good appetite. I do quite well in the bathtub cause I like to look pretty. I am the total package: spayed, chipped, up to date on preventatives and HW negative. I have been in my foster home for less than a day and am going outside long enough to take care of business (Is it ever going to stop raining!) I don't seem to have mobility issues, but I require a servant to carry me down and up the steps??
