Kentuckiana Pug Rescue

Kentuckiana Pug Rescue (KPR) is a volunteer-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue organization (permit #P15-001003) committed to helping all needy Pugs in the states of Indiana and Kentucky.  We work to find both abandoned, as well as surrendered Pugs, loving, forever homes in which they can live out the rest of their lives. KPR does not have a central facility where Pugs can be visited.  Each rescued Pug lives with a foster family until they can be placed in an adoptive home.

Meet Cinnamon

Meet Cinnamon! She is a 7-year-old female pug who loves to snuggle, sit on laps, and warm hugs! She is a happy lady who loves her people and is a typical Velcro pug. Cinnamon is a small lady with a large tongue that is often sticking out or flopping around. She does well with grooming and loves snacks! She can also be vocal when the time calls for her to speak up! Cinnamon is house trained, but needs frequent potty breaks outside. She is also crate trained and will sleep overnight, but if let in a crate during the day, she will have accidents if crated for more than a few hours. Cinnamon struggles with allergies and will need to be on medication to help with them for her whole life. She does well with smaller dogs, children who know how to interact appropriately with dogs, but will chase cats. She's an eager gal when it comes to snacks and may nip your fingers. Cinnamon does have some anxiety in the car and does best in a crate while going on car rides. She also can escape a basic harness and collar, so would do best with an escape-proof harness for her safety! Cinnamon is a sweet little lady who is ready for her forever family to snuggle and love!
