This girl is the epitome of what we all know and love about pitties. Her love is endless. Tail wags are nonstop! She is a little girl coming in at a whopping 14 pounds at 4 months old. She is a professional napper and snuggler. She does have a shoe fetish that we are working to break . She is crate trained and keeps her space clean. Walks fanstic on a leash with no reactivity. Very passive in the foster home pack. We are still working on house breaking but she is catching on! Like a typical pitty she will do anything to not go out in the cold or the rain. But when it’s sunny; you can catch her soaking in all the rays! If you are looking for the cutest shadow and napping buddy with the prettiest color and eyes, look no further! Cat tested as well!
Adoption Process
Applicants must fill out an application at www.adoptapitrescue.org/apply. We screen all applications, with approved applicants passing a vet and landlord check. All pets in the home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on all vaccinations and on year-round heartworm preventative. Non-homeowners must have permission from their landlord to have a dog. Once approved, we schedule a home visit, where an adoption representative takes the dog to the adopter's home to see if the dog is a good fit for the family and other pets, as well as verify the home is a safe environment for the dog. If everyone feels the dog is a good fit, a contract is signed, adoption fee is paid, and the family takes possession of the dog, unless other arrangements are made. Typical adoption fees are $175 for adult dogs and $200 for puppies. We reserve the right to charge different fees for "designer" breeds. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm tested, and on heartworm preventative at the time of adoption. All dogs have been examined by our veterinarian and given a clean bill of health at the time of adoption.
