Meet Isabella
Meet Izzy (or Isabella when she’s feeling spunky)! Izzy is a bundle of spunk and sass, your typical playful puppy who loves to chase leaves outside, chew on squeaky toys, antlers, and chase balls. This smart girl is quick to learn and already knows her name and the command "sit." We're currently working on "inside," "house," and "treat." While Izzy is still mastering housebreaking, she keeps her crate clean overnight and during the day. She has a hearty appetite and enjoys cooked chicken breasts, wet dog food, and green beans. Just be mindful of her sensitive tummy and introduce new foods slowly. Believed to be part Husky, Izzy has a unique way of expressing herself with interesting noises, yelps, and squeals. She loves playing with her dog foster sisters and then snuggling up on the sofa with her humans, including a younger child. Izzy would thrive in a family with other dogs or with someone who works from home. She enjoys curling up on a blanket close by or in her crate in her foster mom's office, always keeping a watchful eye. Living with cats has been smooth, as she is interested but respectful when they tell her to go away. A family with a fenced-in yard would be perfect for her to explore and play. If you're looking for a smart, affectionate, and playful companion, Izzy is ready to bring joy and love to your home. Izzy’s estimated birthdate is 12/7 and is expected to be a larger dog once fully grown.
