C.A.R.E. is a non-profit, all volunteer and foster-based animal rescue located in Columbus, Indiana working to promote animal welfare through community awareness, education and responsible pet adoptions. We promote spaying and neutering as the way to relieve the number of animals entering our local shelters.. We work with local shelters to help with overpopulation and to increase the number of adoptions.

Meet Tilly

Miss Tilly is a young Great Pyrenees/Poodle mix that has the sweetest personality.  She is adjusting well in her foster home and is very calm when around a lot of people.  She isn't overly excited to be in a crate or get in a car but will do it, when needed.  She appears to be house trained and is working on leash training.  If you are looking for a campanion that wants to love you, Tilly is the girl for you.
