C.A.R.E. is a non-profit, all volunteer and foster-based animal rescue located in Columbus, Indiana working to promote animal welfare through community awareness, education and responsible pet adoptions. We promote spaying and neutering as the way to relieve the number of animals entering our local shelters.. We work with local shelters to help with overpopulation and to increase the number of adoptions.

Meet Stinky

Meet Stinky! He is a small but mighty personality chi!  This pup loves to play and be silly, Stinky currently lives with 3 cats and 2 medium dogs. He likes to chase the cats to try and get them to play with him, sometimes he’s successful!    While Stinky does like to have his personal space, he would never decline being held or being cuddled with! This sweet boy thrives on human affection and attention.
